History
Online Grace Bible School developed ‘unintentionally’. Over many years Ken Legg has brought expository preaching to his congregation from a grace perspective. Countless lives have been transformed through this process of sound, solid Bible teaching. It was then decided to take this great body of teaching outside the local church via discipleship schools on the mission field. Thousands have already benefited from the schools on the ground. And now the decision has been taken to make the teaching available through the FREE Online Grace Bible School. Basically, anyone who has internet access around the world can enrol.
Ken Legg
Ken and his wife Marianne have been in full-time church planting and pastoral/Bible teaching ministry for 44 years. They are founding pastors of New Beginnings Christian Church on the Gold Coast of Australia.
Ken has helped many to come to a clear understanding concerning covenants, the believer’s new creation identity and the grace of God. He says, ‘Looking back over the years I can divide my ministry into two parts – my pre-grace-discovery years and my post-grace-discovery years. The difference between these is enormous. Since the Holy Spirit opened my eyes to the power and glory of the new covenant of grace I have released a flood of ministry resources which have brought great blessing to thousands around the nation of Australia and across the world. Countless doors of ministry have opened to me, and I have on file a host of amazing testimonies from people whose lives have been totally transformed.’

The Schools of Ministry in Africa
Since 2012, students have been graduating from this same course, which in Africa is known as the School of Ministry. The photos below show students graduating with Phase 1, 2, 3 and 4 certificates. At the beginning of 2018 there were 113 Schools of Ministry in Zambia, 8 in Tanzania and 4 in Democratic Republic of Congo. As of April 2, 2021 there are 353 SOMs in Africa . Conservatively there are over 3000 pastors and church leaders studying at our schools of ministry.
